We will make every effort to see you promptly. But for us to do so you must be on time ( of course emergencies do arise, in these cases, we must ask for your understanding). If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can give your time to someone else. FEE AND CHARGES Payment must be made before your surgery, in cash or credit cards. CANCELLATIONS We reserve the date and time of your surgery exclusively for you. Please let us know as far in advance as possible, if you have to change it. We are happy to reschedule your surgery. CALLS Call our office if you have any questions or problems. We are generally available during normal office hours ( 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. ), Monday to Friday. Any time that we are not available in the office, you may call Bumrungrad hospital, 02-667-1000.
